What is the Multiple Account feature?

Many teams need separate accounts for different departments, projects or entities. However, handling multiple subscriptions can become inefficient and difficult to track. We want to help you scale your organisation’s processes.

This feature allows companies to manage multiple accounts under a single invoice.

Each account can be used independently while all billing is centralised. This means companies can maintain operational flexibility without increasing the administrative work.

Who should use this feature?

This feature is recommended for enterprise companies that need a structured organisation.

It is especially useful if:

You have multiple departments using the tool
You need a clear separation between teams
You want to centralise billing and reduce admin work

Simplified billing: Generate a single invoice for all the accounts.

How does it work?

Let our team create a tailor-made Forest quote that includes the number of accounts needed.

The accounts will be created for you. Keep in mind that each account will be independent.

If you use our Branding service, all your accounts will benefit from the branded look.

Please consider that the number of submissions is by plan. All your accounts will have 120,000 submissions altogether. If extra usage occurs, we will charge €0.10 per additional submission on the general invoice.
