How to Open a Form by Scanning a QR code | MoreApp

Learn how to create a unique QR code that can be scanned which leads to your form! You don’t need to have a MoreApp account to use these forms.

1. Add a form

To get started, you will need to be logged into the MoreApp Platform. Next, create and publish a new form or select an existing form. 

2. Create the QR code

Open a QR code creator. Select that you want the QR code to open a URL after scanning.

Go to the MoreApp Platform, click on the form and, once in the form overview, click on the Direct URL icon. A pop-up will open so you can click on Copy link.

Back in the QR code creator, paste the URL where it is requested.


3. Test it!

Download the QR code. When it is scanned by a camera, it will directly lead you to the form.
