Users can change provider any time by switching to another solution than MoreApp. If our users would like to change provider they can request all personal data in a machine readable format. This is required by the GDPR, specifically the right to data portability. The registration data can be downloaded from the Platform.
Contact us, and we will make sure to send you the personal data within 4 weeks. Make sure the request comes from the account administrator.
