Pay attention! The username is always an email address.
1. Add a new user
Access the MoreApp Platform, go to User management and click on the Users tab.
Then, click in the upper-right corner on Invite user.
Click on Single user to invite the new user. Add the Email address you would like to use as your new username, select the desired language of the invite, the role for the user, and select the group(s) where the user needs to be added to.
2. Activate the account
You will receive an email to activate your account. Click on Accept invitation.
Fill in the information required and click on Activate.
3. Log in to the Platform again
Log out of the Platform and log back in, using the email address that you just added.
If at some point you want to edit your name, go to the Users tab and click on the three dots next to your user. Click on Edit name and adjust your information.
4. Delete the other user
You can delete the old user by going to the Users tab. Click on the three dots next to your user and choose Delete.
From now on, you can log in with the new email address.
