How to use Form Data in Power Automate | MoreApp

Use data from MoreApp submissions in Power Automate or customise Task messages with Dynamic Expressions. Learn how to configure this feature.

1. Start your flow configuration

Once you are configuring a flow in Power Automate, you might want to connect the submission data of MoreApp to the parameters of your Actions. 

To select a specific form value, you can use Dynamic Expressions with the data name.

2. Insert dynamic content

Under the Parameters section, open the 'Advanced parameters' by clicking Show all. This will open more configuration fields.

Go to the field you want to edit and add a / in the bar. Two options will appear. Click on Insert Expression

Then, go to the ‘Dynamic content’ tab. Select the option: body/data/data, to obtain data from the MoreApp form.

At the end of the code add a / followed by the data name of the widget you want to use. In this example, the data name of the widget is ‘name’. Click on Add to save the configuration.

This will ensure that the values added to the MoreApp submissions are used to customise your Power Automate Actions.
