What can you find in the Submission Details | MoreApp

In the MoreApp Platform you can find the Submission Details of your form. Read all about the information you can find in the Submission Details.

1. Access the Submissions tab

Log in to the MoreApp Platform and select one of your forms. Click on the Submissions tab. Here you can see all the submissions for this specific form and the data that was filled in.

In the overview, you can find who completed the form, on which date, the serial number, and a summary of the submission.

2. View the Submissions details

Under the Actions column, click on View. All the details of that specific submission will be displayed.

First of all, you will see the Fields tab, with all the information that was entered on each of the form fields for that submission. Here you will also find the date when the submission was received by MoreApp.

If you change to the Meta data tab, you will see the metadata of that submission.

  • Serial Number: The identification number that helps you count how many submissions of this form have been sent. Learn more about the serial number here.
  • ID: The unique code of the submission.
  • Task: If the submission is linked to a task, the task ID will be shown as an identifier.
  • Submitted by: The user who completed the form. If it says anonymous, it means the submission was completed via direct URL.
  • Submitted on: The date and time of saving the form. When the submission has been made on the device.
  • Location: Where the form was sent.
  • Device: The device used to send the form.
  • App version: The App version of the device at the moment the form was sent.
  • Summary: The details of the submission’s summary you have configured to be shown in the App.
  • Network: The mobile network used by the device.
