A service-level agreement is a commitment between you and your customer that must include particular aspects of the service.
A service-level agreement is a commitment between you (service provider and MoreApp Partner) and your customer that must include particular aspects of the service such as quality, availability and responsibilities. This agreement should also include, among other things:
(a.) that Partner has the right to transfer its rights and obligations to third parties including MoreApp without the prior consent of the End-user;
(b.) that End-user is liable to Partner for all damages resulting from the breach by End-user of the agreement entered into with Partner and/or the End-user Agreement and/or from activities of third parties engaged by End-user;
(c.) that Partner is liable to the End-user for all damages resulting from the breach by Partner of the service agreement entered into with the End-user and/or from activities of third parties engaged by Partner.
Note: MoreApp does not provide any Service Agreement template for our partners to use with their customers.
