1. Add the field

Once you have logged in to the MoreApp Platform select your form and click on Edit Form. Drag & drop the Subform field to add it to your form.

Then, when clicking on it, you will be able to edit the field. You can name the Subform by changing the Label.

You can select an existing Subform or create a new Subform from scratch. By clicking on Create new subform you automatically enter the Subform. Give it a name and start adding fields to it.

2. Configure the Subform

Once you've built the Subform, there are a few more settings to configure.

Under Add button text, you can add the text that will appear to access this Subform. That will make it more descriptive for the users.

Then, edit the Subform summary to show an overview of what has been filled in the Subform. You can use placeholders by clicking on the thunder icon button or insert any descriptive text of your choice.

Note: The following fields are not supported in the Subform summary: Catalogue, Video, Search, Subform, Photo, Pin, Image, Header, HTML, Label and Help.

Set a limit to the number of entries by adding a Minimum and/or Maximum. By setting the minimum to 1, you will make the Subform a compulsory field.

3. Email settings

Navigate to the Email tab in your Subform to configure your email. Please note that your configuration will be embedded in the email of your main form. Use the placeholders in the body of the email to customise your text. It is also possible to hide empty fields and to outline the data horizontally.
