Building phase
The Implementation service helps companies set up their operations from scratch or launch a new project.

Does everyone need to acquire the Implementation service?
It is highly recommended. The Implementation service ensures your forms, workflows, and users are properly configured before launch.
Can I purchase a service from the Running phase without the Implementation phase?
Yes. Existing customers and organisations with an already configured environment can start directly with the Running phase. If you would like guidance on the best approach, please get in touch with us to discuss your specific situation.
How are the hours deducted?
Whenever our team assists you, you will receive updates on the time invested and the remaining balance. The minimum chargeable time is 30 minutes. For example:
- Time used: 30 minutes
- Time remaining: 15 hours and 30 minutes
What happens if I need more hours?
