With Dedicated Support, you receive a personalised service experience, giving priority to your questions. Our Support Team also provides proactive assistance to ensure your satisfaction and the success of your processes.

Priority for support requests: Enjoy faster response times (within 24 hours), dedicated attention, and priority access to technical calls.

Business review meetings: Our Team will schedule recurrent meetings to evaluate your progress, give recommendations to optimise your use of the product, and discuss product updates and new features.
Excluded from our Dedicated Support service:

24/7 availability: Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (CET).

Immediate issue resolution: While we prioritise Dedicated Support cases, we can not guarantee immediate resolution due to various factors that may impact response times.
